Coconut Rice from Suzelle DIY

Ingredients

1 ½ cups Tastic Long Grain Parboiled Rice

1 ½ cups of water

1 can (400 ml) coconut milk

1 tsp salt, or to taste

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Juice from 1 lime

Coconut Rice from Suzelle DIY

  1. For this one, you need to cook the rice from scratch.
  2. Add the water, coconut milk, salt and sugar to a pot and mix them all together. Add in the rice and bring the mixture to boil on a high heat.
  3. Once it starts to boil, turn the heat down to low and cook covered for 20 minutes.
  4. Uncover the rice and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Fluff your rice with a fork and serve. Garnish with some chopped coriander and a squeeze of lime juice.
