Egg Fried Rice from Suzelle DIY

Egg Fried Rice from Suzelle DIY

Ingredients

2 cups cooked Tastic Long Grain Parboiled Rice

2 tbsp sunflower oil

2 free-range eggs, lightly beaten

2 tbsp soya sauce (plus a little extra to serve)

2 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp sesame seeds

4 spring onions, chopped

Egg Fried Rice from Suzelle DIY

  1. Heat a wok or a large frying pan over a medium-high heat.
  2. Add your oil and allow it to heat.
  3. Crack in your eggs and toss them in the pan for about 30 seconds until cooked.
  4. Add the rice and continue to stir fry until the rice is heated through and the egg is cooked.
  5. Add in the soy sauce and sesame oil to taste and garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion.
