Tastic Rices of the World Bonnet Rice is a popular white rice in the Southern states of America, where its mild flavour complements the piquant seasoning of spicy Cajun cuisine and Californian cooking. Bonnet is a premium quality, long grain rice, absorbing twice its original volume as it cooks, which is why it is the most widely used all-purpose rice. Now Tastic brings the best of Bonnet to your stews, casseroles and traditional favourites like bobotie and potjiekos too!
