Tastic Moroccan Spice and Sweetcorn Flavoured Rice

4 Chicken thighs

60ml Harissa paste

Salt & pepper

MOUTHWATERING MOROCCAN CHICKEN

  1. Prepare the rice as per the packet instructions
  2. Preheat the oven to 180C
  3. Whilst the rice is cooking, rub the thighs with harissa paste and place on a baking sheet in the oven
  4. Grill for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through (this will depend on the size of the thighs and your oven)
  5. Serve the rice topped with 2 thighs per person.
