Tastic Spicy Spanish Flavoured Rice

250ml Prawns

2 Grilled chicken breasts

1/2 Green pepper

1/2 Onion, finely diced

15ml Turmeric

Salt & pepper

SUCCULENT PRAWN & CHICKEN PAELLA

  1. Fry the onion in some oil until glassy, then add the green pepper
  2. Add the prawns and cook until pink and just done.
  3. Add the turmeric and stir to combine.
  4. Add in the rice and stir to coat with turmeric sauce
  5. Serve and go back for seconds!
